Perfect location just behind the Taj and steps from the Gateway of India. The owners are super friendly and accommodating.

the location is super close to the gateway of india and surrounded by cool cafes. the staff are friendly and eager to help, which made our stay comfortable. the ac worked great and kept the room nice and cold. really liked the mini fridge in the room, which had all basic toiletries. it’s a good option for families on a budget considering the price.
the room wasn’t really clean and felt kinda old. The bathroom had a weird smell. also, it can get pretty noisy at night due to the street traffic.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The location is unbeatable! ! Just a five-minute stroll from the Gateway of India and surrounded by vibrant cafes and shops.
There’s no elevator! ! The rooms can feel cramped and a bit noisy due to street activity at night.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Gateway of India, which is a fantastic spot for exploring local attractions.
Unfortunately, the rooms showed signs of wear with cracked walls and a somewhat unkempt appearance that detracted from the overall comfort.

strong WiFi, prime location, fridge in room
No elevator access for older guests!!! Frayed bedsheets and stained rooms could use attention!!! Cracked walls and dusty windowsills create a less appealing environment!!!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff
I had a short stay and was impressed by the staff's eagerness to assist, as they offered toilet paper and soaps despite it not being standard in other places. The location is superb, just a block away from the Gateway of India and surrounded by shops and cafes. it could use some improvements since there are no elevators and noise from the streets can be quite bothersome at night.

A fantastic find in the bustling heart of Colaba, with welcoming staff who made the stay feel personal. The compact room was clean, and the air conditioning kept it comfortable. Close proximity to a vibrant market and great dining options made it a worthwhile experience, though a bit tight for space.
